Mosaic Social Wellness Club ("Mosaic", "we", "us", "our") operates this membership-based store and website, including all related content, products, and services (the "Services"). The Services are powered by Shopify. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you apply to Mosaic, book a Mapping consultation, subscribe to a Membership, or otherwise interact with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to personal information.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it and understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
Who We Are
Mosaic is a membership-based psilocybin microdosing company. Access to products (including Enlighten Micro Caps, Weekender, Enlighten Samples, and Sidekick) is gated behind an application and a complimentary 20-minute Mapping consultation. We are not a clinic and we do not provide medical care. Mosaic products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect or process the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
- Application and approval data: the responses you submit through our application form (at /pages/apply), including the intentions and context you share with us. Internally this is reflected in your Shopify customer tags, such as Approved, Existing Member, Active Subscriber, and recharge_active_subscriber.
- Mapping and Concierge appointment data: booking times, meeting notes, and any information you share during your consultation. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
- Reflections responses: if you complete a Reflections member survey, your responses are stored via our Reflections API (hosted on Vercel, backed by Supabase).
- Order and subscription data: items viewed, carted, purchased, returned, or cancelled; subscription status, cadence, pauses, and renewals, managed through Shopify and Recharge.
- Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed by Shopify Payments or an equivalent processor. Mosaic does not store full card numbers.
- Email engagement: opens, clicks, and subscription state within Klaviyo, including list membership (such as our field notes list).
- Communications with us: the content of any email, support request, or message you send to help@meetmosaic.co or hello@meetmosaic.co.
- Device and usage information: browser, IP address, device identifiers, and how you interact with the Services, collected through Shopify analytics and standard web analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
Sources of Personal Information
- Directly from you: when you apply, book a Mapping or Concierge call, subscribe, communicate with us, or otherwise provide information.
- Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the Services.
- From our service providers: Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo, Calendly, Vercel, Supabase, and analytics providers acting on our behalf.
- From a referring member: if someone invites you to Mosaic, we may receive their referral along with your name and email so we can connect the application.
How We Use Your Personal Information
- Reviewing and approving applicants. We use the information you share through the application and Mapping to decide whether Mosaic is a reasonable fit for your intentions, and to tag your account accordingly.
- Delivering the Services. We use your information to fulfill orders, manage your Membership subscription through Recharge, schedule and conduct Mapping and Concierge calls through Calendly, process returns, and keep your account current.
- Communicating with you. We send transactional emails (order, shipment, subscription), member communications, and, if you opt in, editorial content such as field notes and Science updates through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
- Improving the Services. We review de-identified Reflections data and aggregate usage patterns to improve our products, editorial, and member experience. We do not sell your Reflections responses.
- Security and fraud prevention. We use your information to authenticate your account, prevent fraud, and keep the Services safe.
- Legal reasons. We use your information to comply with law and respond to valid legal process.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information only as described below:
