Membership

How Mosaic works, what it costs, and who it is for.

  • If you do not yet have a referral from a current member, start with a Mapping. It is a twenty minute conversation that helps us get to know each other and lets you see whether Mosaic feels like the right fit. It is required.

  • Our community is the heart of Mosaic. To keep it intentional and supportive, we want to make sure it is the right space for you and for us.

  • There are three membership tiers: Mini at $109 a month, Maven at $139 and Maestro at $189. There is also a drop in style Weekender option for people who want to try Mosaic before committing to a membership.

  • No. Your membership includes your one to one consultations, access to resources, and your monthly wellness box.

  • The community forum is always open. You can also book time with our consultants whenever you need, based on your membership tier, to ask questions, fine-tune your wellness journey, or just get a little guidance along the way.

  • No. Mosaic is not a replacement for your doctor or therapist. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. We are here to share information, help you reflect, and support your holistic wellness journey.

  • Yes. From live workshops to in-person gatherings, Mosaic events are designed to help you connect, learn, and grow alongside the community.

  • Functional mushrooms go beyond basic nutrition. Backed by science, they support everything from focus and emotional balance to immune strength and better sleep. Different mushrooms have different benefits, but they share one thing in common: helping your body and mind function at their best.

  • You should consult with your medical professional. Always keep your healthcare practitioner in the loop when adding new supplements.

  • No. Our supplements should not be used if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.

  • Yes. All our capsules are vegan, gluten-free, and made with organic, fruiting-body mushrooms only, with no fillers, no mycelium, no preservatives and no GMOs. Just pure quality.

  • Consistency is key, but the protocol is yours to shape. Here are a few guidelines to start experimenting with.

    • Invigorate Morning or midday, whenever you need focus and energy.
    • Enlighten Take on your on days, usually in the morning. Some people prefer evenings for subtle overnight effects, and expect more vivid dreams.
    • Strengthen Pair with your daily vitamins to support immune function.
    • Decompress Evening wind-down support, to help you ease into rest.

    Your guide will help you settle on a rhythm that fits your week rather than one that fights it.

Billing, pausing, and changing your details.

  • Yes. You can cancel any time before your next charge.

Shipping

When your box ships, and what to do if something goes wrong.

  • Not for memberships. Shipping is included in your membership. For orders under $50, you will pay shipping.

  • We will email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track it in your profile.

  • Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders typically arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

  • Email us at hello@meetmosaic.co. If tracking shows the order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours or around your mailbox. If it is still missing, we will make it right.

  • Let us know what is damaged and we will send a replacement. If a sachet is damaged, please dispose of it just to be safe.

  • No. We cannot accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order, reach out and we will work with you to make it right.
