Our female-only and male-only cohort groups are the perfect space to get started (or restart) with your micro practice. We meet for 1 hour a week for 6 weeks in a space that is created to help you create an intentional and focused practice for yourself.

What You’ll Experience 

We tailor each cohort based on the needs of the group, but typical programming goes as follows:

    Week 1: Foundations + Intentions

    Learn how microdosing works and set a personal intention for the journey, grounded in what you want to feel more of, and less of.

    Week 2: Energy Awareness

    Identify what fuels and drains you. Build boundaries that protect your clarity and energy.

    Week 3: Understanding Your Wiring

    Explore your natural patterns through Human Design or similar profiling. Start working with your strengths, not against them.

    Week 4: Embracing Change

    Release the need for big overhauls. Learn how small, steady shifts create long-term transformation.

    Week 5: Inner Work & Self-Leadership

    Meet the internal voices and patterns that hold you back using Internal Family Systems tools. Strengthen your inner clarity and steadiness.

    Week 6: Integration & Momentum

    Reflect on your growth and create a personalized plan to keep evolving. This isn’t the end, it’s the beginning of sustainable change.
